Transition Well into the Future Conference with Chuck Pierce in Sibu – Part 1

“Without the first people of the land coming into the next Kingdom movement, you really can’t enter into restoration of the land,” said Dr Chuck Pierce during his welcoming message to the church here at Dewan Suarah Sibu, Sarawak. Dr Pierce was in Sibu on June 26 – 27, 2015 for the Transition Well into the Future Conference.

“Let us thank God for the sound of the first people and native people of this land coming in before us,” he added.  “Here in Sibu, you can really see that God is moving in new way.” He also decreed the Church to enter her new beginning of a great shift in the authority of God’s Kingdom in this land and to begin a new level of multiplication.

“It is important that we begin to move fully into what God is doing in this land that is linked with this whole island of Borneo. What God said to me is that it’s God’s time for Borneo Island and the city of Sibu,” he said. As we move forward, know this, you are preparing a way for a major move of God’s glory in this land.

“There is a new wind that is blowing this season and there is a new season of faith that we’re entering into. We must have a new wineskin for a new move of God. So you see how He gathers us together differently,” he said.

He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”  Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

Matthew 16: 15-19 (NKJV)

When it was time to move forward, Jesus moved forward with a group of people who were following Him into what the Father was doing. After He had been with them for three years, He asked them “Who do people say I am?” Peter said, “You are the Christ.” Because people were really not sure of the Messiah and what the Messiah was doing. When Peter said, “You are the Christ,” all of a sudden Jesus prophesied to him (verses 17 – 19).

“The reason that is so important is when Jesus started prophesying to him, He called him Simon. But when Simon made the shift, He called him Peter,” he explained, because who Simon would be in the future is different from the past.  He said, “Upon this rock of revelation, I will build my church and the gates of hell will not be able to come against and stop this church. And I say to you, I will give you the keys to unlock the kingdom.”

“What I want to say to you tonight is there comes a time where the church makes a shift into a new building process,” he said telling, “You build the church but you unlock the kingdom.” So, periodically in history, God starts moving to build His church differently.

“We’re in a season right now where the church is being built for the future. That’s the reason you will be seeing the church one way in one season and shifting to look at it a different way in another season.

“I want to say to you on Borneo Island, there is a great shift in church in Borneo Island! Because God is ready to advance His Kingdom purpose on this island; and kingdoms will be contending for this land over the next three years.

“Therefore, the church must make the shift so that the kingdom represents fully what the spirit of God wants it to represent in this season. Faith works in time and space.  Acts 17 says He predetermines your time and place.

“To do what God wants us to do, He calls us to a place in time,” he said adding that we can reach out and connect with it.  When we are at the right place and right time, we gain new vision. That’s what the Scripture means in Acts 17.

“This is the time where God is ready for faith to explode. Here is the next thing I want you to understand,” he continued. “You prophesy according to your faith. Tonight, God sent me to activate faith in a new way. The Bible tells all of us that we can prophesy.”

Transition Well into the Future Conference, Sibu

Transition Well into the Future Conference, Sibu

Why is prophesy so important? Because the Word of God is so important in a season and when we prophesy, visions explode! The Bible says – without vision, what happens to the people? The people go backwards; and without vision, our people perish.

“Without prophetic revelation, our people will lose their way into the future,” he explained. “I decree a stirring up of the gift of God within each and every one of you!”

“Know this, within you the Spirit of God dwells,” he said adding. “What the word prophesy means is the word nebuah; it means within you, the gift of God will bubble up.”

Dr Pierce then prayed with everyone for a new level of faith, an increase of faith and for a “new move of faith on your people in this land.”

Faith works in time, so it is very important that we know the timing of God. As an author of many books about time, Dr Pierce believed that “time seems to be a more precious commodity than money.” One of the things that God showed him was how to read His Word in time. “God’s not in time, but we’re in time,” he said.

In Acts 17, He expects us to respond to Him at a time. When faith takes action, God is expressed in time. Jesus said this, “If I came back today, would I find faith in the world?”

Always look at time in Hebraic perspective. Our covenant, the Word of God was given to us from a Hebraic perspective.

Although we are living in 2015, in Hebrew that is 5775, that means we are really in the season of 70. That is the symbol right in the middle, and in the year of five. Hebrew was a complete pictorial language. So, you could see what God was trying to say to you.

When God made a covenant with Abraham, Abraham was called the Hebrew. When Yeshua came and gave His life for us, and when we invite Him in to take over our life, we are grafted by Him to Abraham’s covenant. That’s what Romans 9 and Romans 11 is about.

 The season of AYIN

The season of AYIN

The word Hebrew means when one crosses over. “So, it is important that we understand we are now at a place of crossing over,” he said. But, if you are a child of God, it is already built in you the ability to cross over.

“Now, this gathering is called making your transition well into the future,” he continued. The word transition means crossing over.

Dr Pierce showed from the year in a Hebraic perspective 5770 – 5779 or 2009 – 2019. This is the season that we’re in that will go through 2019, it is called the season of AYIN. “It means that you will be coming to a crossroad, and you have to cross over properly,” he said. “You’ll be coming to that place in your life personally.” But also, the church is coming to a new place of crossing over. Not only the church, but cities and nations are coming to a new place of crossing over.

In Hebrew, one word has lots of meaning. Seventy also means that angels are waiting for you at the crossroad. “We are right in the middle of this crossover season. So, God chose us to be here to decree, in the center of this season that you as a people will cross over in a new way,” he said.

AYIN also means One who sends. So, you will be make a crossover and be sent out in a new way. That’s why God gave His covenant in Hebrew.

“AYIN also means the eye of God is watching right now here in Sibu to determine how you move by faith to cross over,” he said. These whole ten years we are coming to a place to move forward. But the number five, even if you are living in your own calendar, you are still in number five.

The symbol of five

The symbol of five

All language developed out of God’s covenant with Abraham, the Hebrew. Dr Pierce has been involved with China since the 80s. “Many characters in the Chinese language are Hebrew,” he said.

“So, what you want to understand about five is that it means that this year, the window of heaven is positioned over you at your crossing over place,” he said. The number five is Hei. Every time you shout hei, there is a movement between heaven and earth. Heaven is aligning with earth and moving over each one of us. Number five is also the word, Hallelujah. Every time we worship the way God wants us to worship and we sing hallelujah, God’s window positions over us.

“Therefore, when we pray, it’s like the Lord’s Prayer in action,” he said telling where “heaven and earth began to connect.”

In the second part of his message, Dr Pierce shared several points linked with transition.

Charles D. “Chuck” Pierce serves as a President of Global Spheres, Inc. (GSI) in Corinth, Texas. This is an apostolic, prophetic ministry that is being used to gather and mobilize the worshipping Triumphant Reserve throughout the world. He is known for his accurate prophetic gifting which helps direct nations, cities, churches and individuals in understanding the times and seasons in which we live.

Godly Priests are called to Raise Up Altars – Pastor Julius Suubi

“You will realize that the godly priests in the Bible raised up altars. But demonic priests also raised up demonic altars,” said Pastor Julius Suubi in the Prayer Conference ‘Holy or Unholy Altars’ on 24th of June at SunwayMas Convention Centre (SMCC).

He (Elijah) replied, “I have been very zealous for the Lord God Almighty. The Israelites have rejected your covenant, torn down your altars, and put your prophets to death with the sword. I am the only one left, and now they are trying to kill me too.” (1 King 19:10)

From the passage above, darkness was taking over the whole nation of Israel due to the tearing down of holy altars and slaying of prophets by the children of Israel. And when we read the Bible, we realize that many godly people raised up altars starting from Noah to Abraham, Moses, and Elijah. (Gen 8-9; Gen 12-13; Exo 20; 1 Kings 18) As a priest of their family and the nation, every one of them raise up altars.

“Godly people must raise up godly altars because altars are not going to be raised up automatically,” said Pr Julius.

The demonic priesthood also have their demonic altars, and the Bible speaks about them. Jannes and Jambres, for example, were magicians of the Pharaoh who used their magic to turn their rod into serpents when confronting Moses, suggesting the existence of their altars. (Exo 7:12; 2 Tim 3:8) Jezebel who married king of Israel Ahab also erected many Baal altars in Israel, so much so her Baal prophets need not build a new altar when Elijah called down the revival of fire on Mount Carmel. This is because their altars had already been established and activated the whole time. (1 Kings 18) Goliath also had an active altar. When he saw David, he activated the altar of cursing. (1 Sam 17:43)

“The Lord’s altar is not activated (in Mount Carmel). That’s unfortunate. Many times, the other side know how to maintain and activate their altars because their priests are more serious with their altars than us. Tell Jesus, ‘We are coming out of un-seriousness, in Jesus name,’” said Pastor Julius.

So, who is a priest? A priest is a medium between God and man. A priest is a minister who performs procedures and ceremonies relating to the worship of God on behalf of the community of people. And God chooses a priest from among the people.

“Have Aaron your brother brought to you from among the Israelites, along with his sons Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar, so they may serve me as priests. Make sacred garments for your brother Aaron to give him dignity and honor. Tell all the skilled workers to whom I have given wisdom in such matters that they are to make garments for Aaron, for his consecration, so he may serve me as priest. These are the garments they are to make: a breastpiece, an ephod, a robe, a woven tunic, a turban and a sash. They are to make these sacred garments for your brother Aaron and his sons, so they may serve me as priests. Have them use gold, and blue, purple and scarlet yarn, and fine linen. (Exo 28:1-5)

The verse “Have Aaron your brother brought to you from among the Israelites” tells us that a priest must be chosen from amongst God’s people. A priest is not to be chosen outside of the Israelites, but amongst the Israelites.

Hence, although Pastor Julius Suubi is called to stand in the gap between God and people, it is the prayers and intercessions of the people of Malaysia that can truly bless this land.

“Because you are in Malaysia, you have more authority than us actually. This (spiritual) land listens to you more than it listens to us because this is the place where God appointed you and assigned you.

“For us, we come here to ignite you and stir you up, to rise up. But at the end of the day, the work of transformation is going to be done by you. That is why Malaysian intercessors, it’s time to rise up!” said Pastor Julius.

Priests of this land need to be awakened and be aware of their spiritual authority over this land, as much as how a mother and a father have spiritual authority over their sons and daughters. And remember, Scripture tells us that all of us are called to be priests of God – not only pastors or leaders in the church.

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. (1 Pet 2:9)

“Because God has called us to be priests, we are the people to erect the altars. And through these altars, God is going to expect a spiritual business from us to bring about a changed atmosphere. What kind of lifestyles does God expects good priests to live?” said Pastor Julius.

He added, “God is going to revive and transform this nation but He is going to do it in His own terms, not your terms. Hallelujah! It is His own terms and His own ways. There’s no shortcut to this.”

Every high priest is selected from among the people and is appointed to represent the people in matters related to God, to offer gifts and sacrifices for sins. He is able to deal gently with those who are ignorant and are going astray, since he himself is subject to weakness. This is why he has to offer sacrifices for his own sins, as well as for the sins of the people. And no one takes this honor on himself, but he receives it when called by God, just as Aaron was.

In the same way, Christ did not take on himself the glory of becoming a high priest. But God said to him,

“You are my Son;

today I have become your Father.”

(Heb 5:1-5)

Firstly, a priest must have compassion for people. That is why we are called as shepherds who are required to be compassionate to tend their sheep, instead of a cattleman. Recalling his experience of tending cows versus sheep, Pastor Julius shared that cows had longer memory span and quicker adaptability to a schedule or system. Sheep, on the other hand, have shorter memory and needed to be guided to the pasture and waters. They are more dependent on the shepherd than a cow to a cattleman. That is why Jesus and even leaders in church are called to be shepherds instead of cattlemen.

Ref: gerhardy

“A priest must have that compassion. But you can never have that compassion unless you are spending time with God. I can tell you it is basically impossible for a person in Kenya to weep for Malaysia… But when you spend time with God, we began to access into how God feels like for His people and for His nations.

“I prayed for the nation of Kenya and at times, God gave me compassion for things that even look so foolish. I weep for lions like I was weeping for human beings because there was a time, our lions are dying so much.

“And glory to God! I prayed four to five years ago when the lions were diminishing. But last year, the lions in Kenya had multiplied. When we spend time with God, our God is going to give us compassion for the things that are from His heart, the things that don’t make much sense because He cares,” said Pastor Julius.

Secondly, a priest bears the authority of God over the people, which only happens through praying and interceding. Without praying and interceding for our nation, we shall never have authority over the nation.

Ref: shadesofgrace

Ref: shadesofgrace

“And that authority does not come anyhow. When you spend time in intercession, one of the things will happen, God will increase His burdens into our hearts and those burdens will cause us to agonize.

“People who have burdens, even when they pray, their prayer is very different from other people. And out of the burdens, we have authority,” said Pastor Julius.

Thirdly, a priest bears the sin of people and makes atonement for them. When God wants the nation, He looks not at the millions of people but at the people who have a covenantal relationship with Him. And that is you! Many intercessors in Malaysia have been praying and crying out to God for this beloved nation.

“I can tell you, brothers and sisters, the prayers that Malaysia has accumulated so far are not enough to cause a national (spiritual) revival. You know, before a nation enters its national judgment, it takes an accumulation of iniquity.

“And this is the reason why, when we are repenting for the nation, we don’t just say, ‘Lord, forgive our nation in the name of Jesus.’ And then we began to sing, ‘Glory to God! God has forgiven our nation!’

“No, this iniquity has been accumulated over a number of years and it is going to take a certain amount of repentance and a certain amount of prayers, to cancel that iniquity, so that this nation instead of entering into judgment, it enters into revival.

Ref: thefools

Ref: thefools

“And I can tell you, there’s a looming judgment that is standing over the nation. And you must be in spiritual slumber to not see. Spiritual slumber covers our eyes, that even when we see things, we think it’s ordinary. I can tell you your spirit is insensitive, the things that happened are not ordinary,” said Pastor Julius, relating to the tragedies that have struck Malaysia recently including the planes missing, flash floods, and recent earthquake.

Pr Julius stressed that instead of getting into a situation of hopelessness, Jesus Christ gave us the responsibility as the priests of the nation to rise up and bear the sins of the land and repent, so that this nation does not enter in to judgment but spiritual revival.

When the storm rose against the boat of Jonah, the four other wicked men on the boat did not cause the storm. But the sleeping priest Jonah caused it. Pr Julius Suubi prayed that the Church would wake up and not let another disaster to wake us up. Let us be ahead of the disasters!

Graduates Christian Fellowship (GCF) Malaysia presents rest for renewal and revision for renovation. Isaiah 30:15 says, “In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.”

As we grow in age and in our spiritual pilgrimage, we often see weariness grow in our heart and soul, weariness of carrying increasing burdens of life or weariness of spiritual dryness and boredom. We also hear disturbing questions from within.

“Who am I? What is life? What does it mean to live with God?”

We thought we had found the answers to these questions many years ago. Somehow we now feel the need to find answers in a new way in order to live with a fresh sense of calling in terms of Being, not so much of Doing.

This weariness and disturbance is a blessing in disguise and an invitation to live a deeper life with God. Let us learn together in returning and resting and in being quiet and trusting to see renewal and renovation begin and grow in our life.

Transition Well into the Future Conference with Chuck Pierce – Part 2

$

“Periodically the Lord visits His people and says, ‘You will have to do this to overcome in the future,’” said Dr Chuck Pierce, in the second part of his message at the Transition Well into the Future Conference in Sibu recently. He was speaking at Dewan Suarah Sibu, Sibu, Sarawak for the two-day conference.

In the book of Revelation, the Lord told something interesting to all the churches. When He came back 70 years after He resurrected, He visited the seven churches of the region. He looked at each and every one of these churches and say, “This is what you’re doing well” and told some of the churches, “You’re not doing this very well.” So, He corrected some of the churches. Two of the churches were doing everything great. But He told all seven churches in the region, “You’re going to have to do this and if you will, you will overcome in the future.”

Most of us are familiar with the Word of God when God tells his people what to do when they hear what the spirit is saying to the church. “Never cut out Holy Spirit and never stop the Holy Spirit from moving in here,” he said because the Holy Spirit is the only restraining force against evil on the earth.

“When I read this, in one translation it says, listen to the WIND Words,” he said. This year is about the wind of heaven blowing in over God’s people. We are in the year of five. And five is about grace and five is about wind.

“I am here to announce on Borneo Island, after tonight you will see the wind shift over this island!” he called.

“It will be a sign that God is shifting His people. Here’s a wind that is starting to blow over this portion of Malaysia; it’s called a wind of transition,” he said. It’s called a wind of crossing over. It’s called a wind of you leaving one place and making it through to a new place.

“Every time God is ready to do something new, we go into a transition,” he said. When we’re going into that transition, we start crossing over in a new way.  He also shared several points linked with transition.

Dr Chuck Pierce decreeing for the Island of Borneo

Dr Chuck Pierce decreeing for the Island of Borneo

Number one, he shared, “When you’re in transition, God starts gathering His people in a new way.”

These are the same Aaron and Moses to whom the Lord said, “Bring out the children of Israel from the land of Egypt according to their armies.” (Exodus 6:26)

“When it’s time for the church to make its transitions, all of a sudden, He starts pulling us together not just from our own church, but He is gathering us together from different groups to arise to a great new army of God,” he continued. We are transitioning in our gatherings. We are seeing people gather to worship in a new way.

Number two, not only does God gather us, He changes the way we follow after His glory. When the people left Egypt, they left with a pillar of fire and a pillar of cloud. “When they cross over 40 years later, something happens; the Lord said, ‘I’m going now to remove the cloud and remove the fire; and I’m going to set a box in front of you that contains My covenant,’” he reminded. Give this box space because you can’t move until it moves. It can’t move until the new priesthood of the leaders for the future move it.

“Part of a transition is watching the new leadership for the future arises,” he said. That doesn’t mean getting rid of the old leaders. But it does mean that if you have been leading in another season, you are going to become new in a new season.

“The third thing is the prophetic manifestation of God shifts also,” he continued. In Isaiah 6, it talks about the moment when God reveals His glory to Isaiah. King Uzziah, whom Isaiah had prophesied under, died. And because of the way he died affected Isaiah, God came and touched his mouth. He sent angels with hot coals. Isaiah had been prophesying for a long time, but all of a sudden Isaiah became a new prophet and prophesied in a new way.

“That is important to understand because you have to start hearing from heaven in a new way,” he said telling, “The Word of God that we have will become new and fresh in a new way.”

The fourth thing that is important. “You’re going to have to make a decision of you’re going to connect with the new movement. The new movement doesn’t particularly mean changing churches. A movement occurs when all of a sudden we start responding to the sound and the teaching that is coming forth for now,” he added.

In John 1, John the Baptist had been preparing the way for the Messiah to come. When the Messiah came, all of a sudden, John’s wineskin went into transition. “Same thing happens in the church today. When the spirit starts moving in a new way, many churches go into transition,” he said telling, “Not everyone in John’s movement followed after the Messiah’s movement; you see, not everybody crosses over.” But in John Chapter 1, we find something happens.

“Tomorrow, I will talk about a new baptism that goes with the new movement. Then we’re going to decree a new baptism of the spirit,” he said.

What happens in John Chapter 1 was when Jesus started moving forward, the Word of God says Phillip and Andrew were very interested in what He was teaching.  Phillip and Andrew were disciples of John the Baptist. They were the only two disciples from the last movement that shifted into the movement with the Messiah.

“Think about this,” he said telling. “John the Baptist had been paving the way but we find in Matthew 11 that John never shifted into the next move of God. But Andrew and Phillip shifted, and then Andrew went and got his brother Peter. Why am I telling you this?” This is because there is a new move of God’s Spirit going on the earth. “And we are honored to go all over the world and see God birth this new movement,” Dr Pierce said.

“I want to encourage you right now to follow after where the Spirit of God is moving,” he said.  Andrew, Phillip, Peter and the others connected into the Messiah movement. When they did that, they were different from what John the Baptist was doing. To be in John’s movement you had to go out in the wilderness. To be in John’s movement, he had only one message that is repentance.

“The Messiah went into the city. He went into the money region, affected the government, and He revealed grace in a way that have never been seen before,” he explained.

In Mathew 9, eventually John the Baptist sent a team to Jesus and says, “Why haven’t Your disciples fast the same way that we do?” And Jesus said He cannot put new wine in an old wineskin. “There is nothing wrong with fasting; but we’re not doing it in these three years that I’m forming this new wineskin,” Dr Pierce said.

“We’re not going to use the same method that you’ve been using as we make this transition,” he said. “This is what I want to end with transition.” Mathew 14 is the passage where John gets his head cut off.

“What I want you to understand is there comes a time where the last season ends. All transitions take on three things,” he said. There has to be an ending.  There is confusion. Because when something ends, we are not sure how to begin the new. But, there comes a moment when we hit a crossroad.

“There comes a moment where heaven connects. There comes a moment in transition, where the new began,” he said. “Now I have visited your island before. But I am here to decree, this time the new has begun!”

The first example of the new move of God began with the Lord when He told His disciples to multiply. He had been teaching them for three days and the disciples said, “Send the crowd away.” The disciples said that the crowd was hungry and they need to eat. And the Lord said, “I’m not going to send them away. You’re going to feed them, and I’m going to teach you to get what they got out here and I’m going to teach you to multiply.”

“Now, when the new begins, God gives a special anointing to multiply. Now, tonight, that’s how we end,” he ended telling the event happened a day after John the Baptist died. “And He knew the only way to move forward was to learn how to multiply.”

Dr Pierce then invited everyone to stand up. Earlier, he was given an abacus as one of his welcoming gifts.  “Now, you gave me the abacus. The abacus is used to count. You use the abacus not only to add but to multiply. Therefore, you present me a gift that I am now going to impart back to you because it is now time for the church to multiply in this region.”

The Rapture of Being in God’s Presence

How is it like for one to experience the solitude of being totally in His presence?  Especially when this awesome encounter will almost always happen quite suddenly and unexpectedly and you are not quite prepared for it!  I think that’s how God likes this revelation to take place as this would result in this whole divine experience being impressed upon you for a long time to come!  Many people who give testimony about their experience with God will tell you that it always happened at the most surprising times without their realization.

I have a CD of Lara Martin of Sydney Hillsong United that my wife and I constantly enjoy listening.  One particular song from her album called “Divine Exchange” is very special to us.  This song is so meaningful and it is so well sung that we can listen to it again and again!  This first verse of this song talks about this rapture of being alone in the presence of God.  The lyrics are so deeply meaningful that they bring to one’s realism (quite beyond words) the totality of perfect joy and human contentment when human beings (the created) come face to face with Him and yield themselves wholeheartedly to the glorious power and presence of the Creator!

BY LARA MARTIN (Sydney Hillsong United)

“MY HEART IS CAPTIVATED LORD BY YOU ALONE

CAPTURED BY THE AWESOMENESS OF YOU ALONE

MELTED BY THE GRACE AND MERCY YOU HAVE SHOWN

I STAND IN WONDER!”………

(1) My heart is “captivated” Lord by You “alone”

To be captivated is to be totally enwrapped and contained.  The difference here is the presence of willingness and love but the total absence of fear when one is captivated.  You feel secure and you desire and truly long to stay intimately close and do not want to leave for one moment.  Alone means only, just with You (Lord), without exception, no one else, nothing else (no matter how worldly important) can ever come close or is more important or precious to you.

(2) “Captured by the awesomeness of You alone

To be captured is to be fully contained, encircled yet unlike being entrapped or imprisoned, you willingly allowed to be held and do not want to be free.  You wholeheartedly ask to stay and rest so that you are able to continuously soak in His presence and majesty.

(3) “Melted” by the grace and mercy You have shown

A surrendered heart, which has been captivated and won, becomes a totally transformed heart.  It has gradually softened and melted and becomes liquid and in this changeable state it is able to readily flow and make maximum contact with God’s grace and mercy. A stubbornly solid unyielding heart is not a surrendered heart.

(4) “I stand in wonder”

You stand there alone, without any one else around and in a total state of awe and joyful expectation!  You are transfixed in a timeless zone and enwrapped in a divine and majestic ethereal atmosphere.  You want this experience keep on keeping on!

10 Things that Disqualify a Person to be a Priest – Pastor Julius Suubi at SunwayMas Convention Centre (SMCC)

Pastor Julius Suubi shared about the things that disqualify a person to be a priest in the Prayer Conference ‘Holy or Unholy Altars’ on 25th of June, at the SunwayMas Convention Centre (SMCC).

“Our prayers will only have authority over the land when we separate ourselves. We have to live a holy life. Child of God, you cannot afford to compromise. Every time, the devil wants to bring down the children of God,” said Pr Julius.

When God was bringing the Israelites across the desert, they were unstoppable by God’s Presence – His pillar of cloud by day and pillar of fire by night (Exo 13:21). Balaam tried to curse Israel but he could not succeed. (Num 22) The only way he could harm the Israelites is by enticing them to sin by having sexual relationships with Moabite women and bowing to the Moabite god, Baal. (Num 25:1-3; 31:16) As a result, 24,000 Israelites died in a plague. (Num 25:9)

“The Moabites were in the valley and the children of Israel were in the mountains. The Moabites (women) were having a festival – they were dancing and began to strip themselves.

“The children of Israel were looking and looking. They said, ‘Let’s just go nearer and do nothing.’ And then, they got nearer and nearer. And before they even know it, they engaged themselves in all kind of orgies,” said Pr Julius.

Prayer is key to living a holy life because intimacy with God brings holiness. When we spend time with God, the desires in our flesh began to die and we began to desire holiness. Hence, intimacy leads to holiness, and holiness leads to authority.

“You have authority over the devil because he has nothing in you. When people don’t pray, there’s no intimacy with God, their desire is so little. That’s why some people – the moment they sit in church – the sleeping anointing comes over them,” said Pr Julius in describing the irony of how we can sometimes spend hours watching television programs but not keeping awake in church.

When we spend time with God, God will reveal to us the sins we never thought were sins in our life. In year 2007, when the Kenyan crisis hit, Pr Julius was led by God to spend 40 days to fast, pray, and read his Bible.

When he completed the period, Pr Julius thought that God would congratulate him for his perseverance and faithfulness. But instead, God began to show him the true state of his heart even in doing the good and right things. At that time, he was writing a monthly ministry magazine to inform people of his ministry, but the true intention was to solicit donation instead.

“At the end of the day, God is not going to judge us for what we have done but our motive behind it. The Lord showed me so many things in my heart… I was shocked. I even asked the Lord, ‘If I am this wicked, why are You using me?’

“But the Lord said, ‘I love you when you come to Me, and I show you your faults. When you move out there and when you call upon My Name, I will show up.’ Every time when God shows you the state of your heart, you go to a higher spiritual realm,” said Pr Julius Suubi, before he continued on the characteristics that disqualify a person from being a priest.

Speak unto Aaron, saying, Whosoever he be of thy seed in their generations that hath any blemish, let him not approach to offer the bread of his God. For whatsoever man he be that hath a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nose, or any thing superfluous, Or a man that is brokenfooted, or brokenhanded, Or crookbackt, or a dwarf, or that hath a blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or hath his stones broken; No man that hath a blemish of the seed of Aaron the priest shall come nigh to offer the offerings of the LORD made by fire: he hath a blemish; he shall not come nigh to offer the bread of his God. He shall eat the bread of his God, both of the most holy, and of the holy. Only he shall not go in unto the vail, nor come nigh unto the altar, because he hath a blemish; that he profane not my sanctuaries: for I the LORD do sanctify them. And Moses told it unto Aaron, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Israel.

(Lev 21:17-24 KJV)

Blemish from the bible passage above speaks of people with a mixed heart, with the lust of the eyes and lust of the flesh. It speaks of people who act differently in church and out of church.

Blindness speaks of people who are spiritually blind to see the heart of God. And the only way we can perceive His Heart is to spend time with Him. The truth is that this life is not ours but His. (1 Cor 6:19) We are only stewards of our life here on earth.

“But nevertheless, when it comes to prayer, people would only want to pray for themselves. When we say pray for our business and money, men will rise up and pray like lions. When we say pray for family, women will rise up.

“But when we say pray for our nations, some even wonder why we should pray. The depth of a prayer meeting is not first and foremost the duration but our ability to come into the house of God and pray what is in the heart of God.

“That gives us authority to breakthrough in the spiritual realm… Why are prayer meetings dry? It’s because there’s no God’s presence. What we think is different from what God thinks,” said Pr Julius.

The Bible says that God’s intent is for the church to make known the manifold wisdom of God to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms. (Eph 3:10) In other words, we are supposed to operate at a realm ahead of the devil because the devil knows not the mind of God. But we, as children of God, are seated with Jesus and in the Heavenly realms. (Eph 2:6) We reign with Jesus in the Heavenly realms.

People who are blind are also people who talk the walk, not walk the talk. The Bible says, “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” (John 1:14)

“Jesus Christ becomes flesh. (John 1:14) And the real power comes when the Scripture becomes flesh in life. You are not only talking about the Scripture; you live out the Scripture. You don’t only talk about love; you are the living love.

“Jesus Christ has authority because He died and He was resurrected. And because He had personally went through and conquered death, He has the authority to give us the power to conquer death.

“You have no power if you are just talking. Talking never change people. It’s the lifestyle that changes people… I am standing on the pulpit and that is to pull people from the pit.

“But how are you going to pull people from the pit if you are in the same level? I never preach things that I never walk in my life. I don’t have the authority because it is just talk,” said Pr Julius.

Lame speaks of people without balanced or sound Christian knowledge. They are the wishy-washy type of Christian. But Scripture tells us to be like the Bereans who practice sound judgment and research on everything they hear to see if they were true.

Flat nose speaks of people without discernment of right from wrong. When we do not know the Scripture, we can easily be deceived.

Brokenfooted or brokenhanded speaks of people who deviate from the truth or people who compromise in their walk with God.

“When we are under oppression, we can easily compromise. That is when we know the real you, when you are under pressure.

“But the Lord’s ministry is not a speaking ministry. True intimacy with God will always create a desire in you to serve the Lord.  You cannot always come and listen to a good sermon and walk away.

“No, you must move. God is raising disciples, not followers or church members… Some of you have been warming seats of your church for a long time that even the chair has a testimony for you,” said Pastor Julius.

He only focused on serving the Lord and the Lord gave him the desires of his heart. He shared once how God prompted him to give his car to a guest speaker in his church, to which God gave him a better car. God also gave him a house in Kenya. Praise God!

“The army of God must raise up and get yourself ready for God. If you don’t have a good voice to serve in the worship team, I can tell you where you can serve. You can serve as an intercessor!” said Pr Julius.

Crooked speaks of a person who is unable to carry a heavy load upon themselves, which results in depression.

“Jesus says that the wheat and tares grow together… That means you must have the ability in your life to handle pressure and joy, and breakthroughs and challenges. But when people don’t spend time with God, they get depressed.

“Every challenge is there to make you a powerful man or woman of God. I learn from there to pray and worship. I thank everybody who rejected me because by doing that, it taught me how to receive from the Lord.

“I am going to face the challenges with the face of a lion and the attitude of a conqueror. I love lions so much because nothing intimidates them. The elephant is so big, yet the lion only sees breakfast,” said Pr Julius.

Dwarf speaks of a person with a broken back or a person who serves God based on their feelings. Like the Israelites who are still called “children of Israel” instead of “sons of Israel” for 40 years, they are not developing into maturity even after many years of accepting Christ.

“We must grow into becoming men and women who know how to walk with power. All of us are ministers… Prayer produces power! That’s why God is raising an army. And that kind of power comes in His Presence,” said Pr Julius.

When we start praying for the first hour, the initial prayer is not very powerful. Akin to a burning coal, its power is like a warm and wispy smoke. At this point, the devil can still fan the smoke away, depicting a weak prayer altar.

But when we continue praying and glorifying His Name, the coal is fanned and the fire becomes bigger. At this point, the devil cannot fan the smoke away. In facts, its high spiritual temperature will cast it out and away. Heavens will open for angels to come up and down, and our prayers to come up and down as well. Such is the power of prayers for up to three hours.

Blemish in the eye speaks of faultfinders, even in good situations.

Scurvy speaks of people who receive improper nutrition or they only hear one side of the gospel. For example, some people believe that God only loves and blesses, without exercising discipline through troubles and afflictions.

Scabbed speaks of people who are bitter and hurt, who wants to hurt others as well. Pr Julius shared how many intercessors have not gone through healing for the past hurts, which affect their praying and intercession.

Finally, blemish of the seed speaks of people who can function in the office of priesthood but cannot reproduce the life of God in his or her ministry, for lack of anointing.

“One might be able to produce numbers but it is not lasting. You know the ability to reproduce spiritual life? God anoints us and gives us that ability and we should be able to produce that life in other people.

“I can tell you one can operate in the gift of ministry without the Presence of God. People can yield and move out of wheelchairs based on the gift. Some of you have the gift but not God’s Presence.

“And they go back to immorality because the gift does not transform a person but it is the Presence of God that transforms people. So, you must be able to produce… That comes in spending time with God in His Word, worship, and prayer,” said Pr Julius.

Align the Soil of Your Heart to Receive Healing Seed from God – Rev Eli Hernandez in Wisma MCA

On 10th of July, 462 people came together at Wisma MCA to encounter the power of Jesus in the first evening of a series of Healing and Restoration meetings. The presence of God was beautiful and tangible in these gatherings. More than 30 people received complete physical healing and 37 received the gift of tongues. The Lord indelibly touched many more.

July 12, 2015 will be the final night for Rev Eli Hernandez to minister at 7:30 PM in Wisma MCA, Kuala Lumpur. Come to encounter God on this night.

“I come to you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. There is no greater man than Him on earth, whereby we must be saved, we are saved, and He is saving us right now in this sanctuary!” said anointed healer Rev Eli Hernandez hailing from the United States who had preached to hundreds of thousands of people in 54 countries over the last 26 years.

“Jesus has come to do the extraordinary because He is the extraordinary. There is nothing normal about Jesus. Everything about Him is supernatural, above and beyond the consciousness of mankind.

“All that needs to happen in this place is that this place needs to align godself to what’s already inside the building. It’s not about Jesus coming. He’s already here! He’s already sacrificed! He’s already died! He’s already rose!

“He’s already ascended! He’s already conquered death! He’s already conquered hell! He’s already conquered the grave! And He’s already standing! What He’s done is that He created a chance for us to position ourselves.

“If you’ll position yourself here tonight, you will receive a miracle. Tonight is not about you receiving a miracle. Tonight is about you aligning yourself and the miracle here will begin to metabolize into your body, into your spirit, and into your hearts,” said Rev Eli Hernandez.

Rev Eli Hernandez

We are not waiting for God to cause explosions or bolts of lightning from the Heavens to gain your confidence in Him. But the God we have is the kind of God that fills the atmosphere. And all we need to do is to take our faith to align to His Will, His Kingdom, and His Word, so that the miracles would take place in our body, mind, soul, and spirit.

“See this as God’s design and order. Do not waste time trying to explain God. God is not in the business of explanation. But He is in the business of revelation. And if you will open yourself and stop trying to have God prove Himself to you, more than what you need will happen to you,” said Rev Eli.

From his experience with God in evangelism, Rev Eli shared that God seems to always do more that we ask and expect from our human mind.

IMG_0147

“It’s almost like God was just saying, ‘Give me a chance. I know you have a request, a petition, and a need. But when I get done answering you with what you have in your mind, I will start revealing to you what’s on my mind.’

“And what God reveals is always more than what we are thinking. We only ask on our basis of our needs, our education, our knowledge of Him, and the situation we are going through.

“But when God answers, He’s not answering on the basis of your psychology. But it is based on the mind of God, His sovereignty and the wholeness of the Kingdom. He’s the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end!” said Rev Eli.

IMG_0116

Are we making enough room to allow God to stretch and to go beyond what we expect and desire? This is because if all God does is giving us what we can imagine; He is only meeting another simple request. But if God gives us what He thinks, His Seed from the Kingdom of Heaven will begin to germinate beyond an apple tree to an apple tree, a fig tree, and a peach tree.

Then God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.” And it was so. (Gen 1:11)

The passage above says that when God opens His Mouth, hell has to keep quiet. Hence, if hell is attacking any areas of our life – be it our home or our workplace – that is because heaven is not speaking.

IMG_0096

When God speaks, the Word of God travels from the Heaven of heavens, which is the dwelling place of God, through the atmosphere, which is the second heaven, to the earth, which is the third heaven. And before it reaches the earth, the Word of God has to pass through hell first because the devil is the prince of the power of the air. (Eph 2:2)

“But once God opens His Mouth, that Word automatically fights hell and conquers it and it gets to the earth. By the time the Word reaches the earth, it’s not a struggle for that Word to become flesh and dwell among us, as we behold His Glory.

“I’m talking to you about God opening His Mouth on your behalf and that Word He spoke already has a miracle built into it, and it has already fought hell, darkness, and opposition. It’s only waiting on somebody to receive it!” said Rev Eli.

IMG_0177

In Gen 1:11, when the devil entered the Garden of Eden, the devil was smart because he did not come to attack the trees. The devil knew that the trees carried the imperishable and indestructible seed of God, spoken into existence by His Breath. Hence, attacking the trees would be futile. In other words, nothing in this world can stop the imperishable and indestructible Word of God.

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases. (Psalm 103:2-3)

Hence, when God speaks forth a Word from the Scripture, that Word is released from the Heavens to the earth. And the only component that is missing is you! To receive with faith, we need to come to God with what is in His mind, instead of what is in our mind.

IMG_0023

And faith is not merely hoping for healing, but having confidence for healing, as the Bible say in Heb 11:1, “Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” For God’s seed to grow, we need a soil or a state of heart that is expecting to receive God’s healing.

And when God fling seeds out to the soil, he flings not only one seed but many seeds. Rev Eli shared a story of how a Christian man was led to pray for an agnostic lady who had visible cancer growing into orbs at the back of her neck. While she prayed in the Spirit with faith, the orbs fell onto the man’s hand. Seeing the miracle, another atheist lady decided to give her life to God.

“A farmer doesn’t only throw one seed. But when he throws, he throws more than enough because he knows some of those seeds may take more than two seasons to germinate, so he has to throw twice as much as needed.

“So, if you have one miracle seed, the farmer has to throw ten or twenty seeds into your direction. Because when you understand the principle of God, it does not change. His methods change but His principles do not change,” said Rev Eli, referring to Psalm 107:20.

IMG_0231

“He sent out his word and healed them, and delivered them from their destruction.” (Psalm 107:20)

Rev Eli shared that there were seeds in the auditorium to be placed in God’s children not only for what they need today, but what they need a month from now, three months from now, a year from now, and three years from now.

God wants to saturate our container with seeds, so that when God’s children leave the room, we don’t only get a miracle, we get root systems. During this healing, God may bring back childhood diseases and genealogical connections to surface for healing.

IMG_0056

“God says, ‘I am going to put seed in roots where the roots have gone rotten. And where there’s a rotten root – the one that has been allowed to stay there because nobody has made the effort to take it out – you got used to it, you became accustomed to it, and now, you no longer consider it as a need.

“God says, ‘I want to put a brand new seed in that location. But I got to take that old root out and I am going to plant something there that will bring forth fruit in season where its leaves once withered. And once they do, that part of life will prosper.

“Lift your hands for a moment! Open your mouth! There is a revelation! God’s seeds are just looking for a place to land. Tell the Lord right now, ‘Let it land right here, Jesus,’” said Rev Eli.

At this moment, a lady cried out and broke out into tongues. She was released from loneliness and depression, and saturated with the joy of God.

“It happens just that quick. Let it happen. Step out of hope. Step into faith. And start receiving what’s happening in this room,” said Rev Eli.

Rev Eli shared about the moment of when Mary met the angel who told her that she would supernaturally give birth to a child. And the angel said to her, “Fear not, Mary; for thou hast found favour with God. And behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.” (Luke 1:30-31 KJV)

“The angel is saying, ‘Behold! It’s going to happen!’ The only question is if it’s going to be with you. Somebody is going to get healed. Somebody is going to get delivered. Somebody is going to get restored.

IMG_0015

“The angel said, ‘Behold, thou shalt conceive.’ He didn’t say, ‘You might. You could. I hope you do.’ But it’s God has determined that Mary shalt conceive. If we give up our will, then we shalt receive.

“The thou shalt is not a question mark. But the question mark is whether you will give up your will or not,” said Rev Eli.

In the Bible, we can find many earthly perspectives of how miracles work. The questions usually sounded as, “God, would you do this?”, “God, would you come here?”, and “God, would you come this hour?”

But the heavenly perspective of a miracle is you shalt and you will. Hence, the Heavens do not speak in term of possibilities and if’s. The Heavens speak in an authoritative manner. The question mark is how you approach the shalt and the will. Do not approach a miracle from Heaven with a question mark, but approach it with open soil.

IMG_0010

“You know what happens if you release your soil (or heart) tonight, the stuffs that you have not even thought about – that God knows you are going to desire six year from now – will be put into motion in an instant of time.

“God will take the seeds tonight and plant them in your heart called soil, and the stuffs will germinate from year to year to come. God is so personal that every details gets covered in His thinking,” said Rev Eli.

More than 70 per cent of people are sick according to medical sciences are caused by bitterness and the unwillingness to forgive, which opens door for infections in people’s body.

Physically abused at eight years old, God delivered Rev Eli from pain and shame, so complete that he prayed and hoped for the man who abused him would go to Heaven. And although he did not ask God for healing from this deep pain, God healed him without him even asking 19 years after the abuse.

“God will not make you ask for stuffs that you are too afraid to ask. He just wants you to give up your soil (or heart). And He will plant stuffs in there perfectly with perfect timing without destroying you and without making you feel like a fool and feel ashamed. He will bring complete restoration into your life,” said Rev Eli.

Many things are actually attached to the spirit world, affecting our mind and thinking. But because we are so used to such destructive thinking patterns, we thought and began to believe that these thinking patterns are inherent to our nature. But the truth is that they are paths formed by the devil’s lies.

“God says, ‘I break it! I just need your soil for Me to break it!’” said Rev Eli.

Come to the LAST NIGHT of the Healing and Restoration event on 12th of July, 2015 to be ministered by Rev Eli Hernandez in Wisma MCA, Kuala Lumpur at 7:30 PM.

Lenny Tabari berkongsi tentang sebab-sebab kita khuatir

Lenny Tabari berkongsi tentang sebab-sebab kita khuatir

Puji Yesus selama-lamanya!

The Mighty Rushing Wind of Restoration – Rev Eli Hernandez

On 11th of July, 357 people came to Wisma MCA, Kuala Lumpur on the second night of Rev Eli Hernandez’s Healing and Restoration Crusade, organized by Gospel Lighthouse, Kepong. More than 20 people received physical healing and 35 people were baptized in the Holy Spirit.

Coming from the United States, Rev Eli is an international evangelist, an anointed preacher with healing ministry, and a revivalist who had preached to hundreds of thousands of people in 54 countries over the last 26 years.

In 1968, Rev Eli shared how he saw God’s amazing hands in elongating limbs and creating new body parts of kidneys, lungs, and pancreas in people who were slain in the Spirit for hours. God is in the business of restoration and nothing is impossible for Him.

When Adam sinned in the Garden of Eden, destruction and decay began as Adam was separated from God. But it was also on this day that God began a restoration plan to bring mankind back to Him. God’s desire is to restore us from glory to glory (John 17:22; 2 Cor 3:18), just like how Adam was clothed in the glory of God in the Garden of Eden.

Years passed as humanity lived in suffering and separation from God, until the Lord revealed to the prophet Joel His mighty restoration plan. At that time, the Israelites had greatly sinned against God, which Joel prophesied of their destruction if they do not repent. Joel also told of the locust plague that struck Israel (Joel 1:4). Yet, amidst the destitution, God revealed to Joel that He will restore His People into satisfaction with grain, wine, and oil (Joel 2:18-27).

And I will restore to you the years that the locust has eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. (Joel 2:25 American KJV)

It is interesting to note that the four worms in the passage above symbolize the process of utter destruction. The palmerworm ravishes the plantations first, which remains is taken over by the locust, and then the cankerworm, and finally, the caterpillar (Joel 1:4). The Israelites were devastated because the ravishing meant that they lost most if not all of their properties and investments.

Not only they felt devastated, they also felt ashamed, which could come from seeing people who did not worship God prospering agriculturally, yet their own land lay in waste. That is why God assured His People that they will not be ashamed, saying right after Joel 2:25, “You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, who has dealt wondrously with you. And my people shall never be put to shame.”

A rhema word for that night, Rev Eli shared that likewise, God will also restore to those who are ill and sick for the years that the locusts have eaten. Every single process of degradation will be restored, from the palmerworm, to the locust, to the cankerworm, and to the caterpillar. In other words, every area of our life that is ravished in sickness – be it physically or mentally – God will bring about a complete restoration. And we will be satisfied and praise the name of God (Joel 2:26)!

Rev Eli also shared that it was a mighty rushing of wind that brought the swarms of locust over Israel during the time of prophet Joel, ravishing the Israelites’ plantations to nothing. When the Israelites heard this wind, they saw it as a negative sign of destruction and devastation. Yet in the New Testament, the mighty rushing wind was restored into its new meaning. In the day of the Pentecost, the mighty rushing wind brought the divided tongues of the spirit to come amidst the disciples and fill them with the Holy Spirit. The wind was a sign of God restoring His relationship with mankind through Jesus Christ. Instead of a sign of destruction, the mighty rushing of the wind is a symbol of restoration.

Men of God waiting for God to come and restore them

Men of God waiting for God to come and restore them

What a beautiful God we have! Out of all the prophets, He chose to reveal the prophesy of the pouring of His Spirit – signified by a mighty rushing wind – at a time when this same mighty wind symbolized destruction. Indeed, our God is a God of complete restoration. And like how the Israelites would say in Joel 2:27, when God restores us, we will know that He is the Lord our God and there is no other God than Him.

And you shall know that I am in the middle of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed. (Joel 2:27  American KJV)

Finally, over the three nights of the healing crusade, the mighty rush of God’s wind has brought healing to 70 people and the baptized 126 people with His Spirit and fire. Many also went back with spiritual restoration and a new zeal for the Lord in the baptism of fresh fire.

God is doing something radical in Malaysia. He is raising the weak, the poor, the castigated full-time ministers, former mediums, former drug addicts, former gangsters, former crooks, former swindlers, former bankrupts, corporate failures, nerds, techies, doctors, salesmen, cooks, and many more to serve him by sharing the gospel in the most unorthodox ways.

God is raising up in these last days disciples that love Him and are after His heart. The heart of God is found in John 3:17, which says that the world will be saved through His Son. Those who are saved through His Son Jesus Christ are all part of His Kingdom. Those who are in His Kingdom, understands the Kingdom and are after His Heart. They crave to honour and glorify His Name. They look to Jesus constantly as their righteousness. They seek for God’s Kingdom first and HIS Righteousness, not their own righteousness because they humbly know that they can never make it on their own.

Ref: plausibletruths

Ref: plausibletruths

That is why young David is known as a man after God’s heart because he cared for his Kingdom and he cared for the Name of God to be honoured and glorified by every living person. He took the challenge against Goliath because he could not stand the contempt towards the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Yet, David had no titles and was a nobody when he took up the challenge.

And these disciples are everywhere proclaiming the goodness of God and giving our Lord Jesus all the glory and honour. You can easily recognise these disciples. They are serving the Lord in whatever capacity they are in, and they are tremendously influential and impactful. The only difference is that these disciples had no titles and is not seeking one.

Ref: crossjover

Ref: crossjover

They are not Pastors or Reverends. They are not Bishops or Rabbis. Neither are they Elders, Home Fellowship Leaders, Evangelists or Prophets. Most of them have never been to a Bible College before. Yet, they have more revelation than those who attend one. They know the Word of God in parts as they serve the Lord in their journey of faith. They have so much revelation and understanding that some of the message they shared are profound. They neither solicit funds nor get paid for the work they do except for some love offering they receive sporadically. They walk all by faith and not by sight. They depend and rest in the Lord, stretching their faith to the maximum until they hear God saying, “My Grace is sufficient for you.”

Ref: humble_man

Ref: humble_man

They do the work for the Lord as if they were a pastor – shepherding the lost, helping the poor, and praying for the sick in the hospital. They regularly join mission trips, paying for their own trips and God use them in a mighty way. They are not afraid and reluctant to give God the glory, and they praise the name of Jesus Christ in cafés, restaurants, and even the social media. You are probably thinking of someone while reading this.

Ref: moodymedia

They are not funded by the church but use their own income and resources for the sake of the gospel. Their giving is not bound to only ten per cent to a particular church because they do not merely believe in one store house. But sometimes, they can give their whole monthly salary, sometimes even up to 50 per cent or 30 per cent or five per cent or none. They concern themselves not with how much to give, whether it should be before tax or after tax. They are constantly led by the Holy Spirit. The storehouse of the Lord today is unlike the day of the Prophet Malachi whereby God’s people were only one Jewish race and one nation, with one storehouse. Thus, Malachi said that the Jews have robbed God by not giving to the nation’s storehouse. Giving tithes is statutory as the Jews are bound by the Law and the prophets. If today, the Christians in Malaysia would learn to give as led by the Holy Spirit, I assure you that there would be not disparity of income and wealth in churches especially in Sabah and Sarawak. That is why some churches have so much wealth that they literally flaunt it. Yet, some churches are so poor that their pastors can barely make ends meet.

Ref: devonbailey

Ref: devonbailey

Today, Christ has set us free as we live by grace. We are no longer bound by the law and the prophets. Jesus did not come to abolish the law but He came to fulfil it. And only He can fulfil it because He was born without sin, knew no sin, and did no sin. He died for us as a pleasing offering to God for the sake of our sin to be forgiven.

Therefore, rise up every one of you who read this! You can serve and glorify the name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, in any capacity of yours, wherever you are. Do your part and do not wait any longer. The devil wants to put you in cold storage with all his accuses and condemnation.

Yeshua Hamashiach, the Hebrew name of our Lord, said that he has set you free and you are free indeed (John 8:36).

Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant (Matthew 20:26)

Ref: api.ning

Ref: api.ning

A servant has no fancy title as the servant serves with only one intention. And that is to please his master.

In closing, allow me to pray this prayer:

“Father in heaven, Abba Elohim.

Honour be to your name. You are Adonai.

Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is already done in heaven.

In Jesus Christ name. Amen!”

Over 1000 people from 20 Nations came to the International Revival Conference 2015 – Paul Ang Global Vision

On 17th to 19th of July, over 1000 people came to the International Revival Conference held at Mega Star Arena in Jalan Kuchai Lama. Many people of different nations came including those who are from United States of America, Australia, New Zealand, England, Cyprus, Korea, Japan, China, Myanmar, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Papua New Guinea, and African nations.

The Lord placed in the heart of Pastor Rev Dr Paul Ang to have international conferences for the past 12 years. Starting off in Port Dickson in 2004 with about 200 people, the Lord increased the number of people in 2008 to 1000 people in the conference, fulfilling the prophecy of Chuck Pierce delivered in the previous year. The Lord has brought the conferences to be held in many places over the years including Penang, Malacca, Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur.

The attendees who came to the International Revival Conference held at Mega Star Arena

This year’s conference was entitled “International Revival Conference” because Pastor Rev Dr Paul Ang and his wife, Pastor Dr Christina Ang believed that the people of God are walking into a time of great revival in Malaysia despite the negativity the nation is facing today. According to the Ang’s, this is the season where churches are praying and people are calling out to God in desperation. And as in the book of Judges, each time people cry out to God, He hears them (Judges 2:18). God hears our prayers and cries, and that should be a comfort to us.

Whenever the LORD raised up a judge for them, he was with the judge and saved them out of the hands of their enemies as long as the judge lived; for the LORD relented because of their groaning under those who oppressed and afflicted them. (Judges 2:18)

The conference began with Senior Pastor of SIBKL Dr Chew Weng Chee calling Malaysians in particular to start praying more fervently and to avoid the sword of judgment in this nation. He reminded the people of the tremendous crisis that hit Uganda before revival started in that nation. If such a tragedy were to happen in our land, we would have no choice but to take the judgment. So, this is the time to pray that this kind of crisis will not hit our beloved land. Seventeen-year-old Asher Paul Ang followed Dr Chew’s sharing by singing his own composed song, “In Your Presence.”

Senior Pastor of Grace Assembly PJ Rev Dr Henry Pillai then spoke about how the Christian missionaries founded our nation and how beautiful the unity of the Church had at that time. He shared that all of our nation leaders have received education in schools and institutions that were built by the missionaries. In essence, he implied that we should pray for our beloved nation that God holds so dearly to His Heart.

Rev Dr Paul Ang based in SIBKL spoke about divine connections and partnerships, stressing that we must be history makers and not a record in history. He also spoke about the financial breakthroughs in the Church, as many churches are poor givers, resulting in struggling ministers. We become financially challenged because of laziness, poverty mentality, and the lack of financial mentors. Hence, we need to be practical and wise in our spending and investing. Besides sowing twenty percent of our finances, we should save another twenty percent and use the rest.

A pastor from Korea spoke through an interpreter with tremendous power of the Holy Spirit. Pastor Christina Ang powerfully spoke as well about being bold as God’s witness. She shared that we can only be bold when we have the right perspective of God and our status, we are fully persuaded in the truth that we believe in, we are able to persevere in the truth, and we experience the power of God.

The people worshipping God together in the International Revival Conference 2015

Pastor Dr Donald Leavell from Texas, United States concluded the conference by stating that we need not have clever ploys or manipulation to win people to Jesus. But like Paul, we can preach Jesus Christ based on God’s power (1 Cor 2:2-5). In fact, when we proclaim about Jesus Christ, God is able to establish us as believers according to this message we proclaim (Romans 16:25). All believers-in-Christ should have a Kingdom-mindset, of loving God and loving one another. And when we do that, the Kingdom of God has already come as human divisions are obliterated and destroyed.

The night came to an end with Pastor Dr Andries Botha from Perth prayed for the Holy Spirit to fall on Malaysians and carry forward the spiritual revival in Malaysia with fresh fire. Many were slained in the Spirit, receiving a new vision and strength to carry out God’s work in their lives.

The highlight of Saturday and Sunday is the basking sessions, which were the climax for the conference. Waves of people came to the front prostrating in humility to encounter the power of God hitting the place. A few of them who were sitting at the back even commented that they too experienced God’s glorious presence. People would stay in the conference from day till night to experience the extraordinary worship.

What made the worship team extraordinary is how the worship team was made out of worshippers and musicians from different nations and different denominations including the Catholic, Baptist, SIB, AOG, different churches and nationalities. According to Pastor Dr Christina Ang, there was such variety in the worship team that each wore his or her own cultural attire, making it a multicultural night. Indeed, only the work of God could glue the worshippers together in love, having only two practices for many hours of worship. She added that to work together so beautifully is humanly impossible, except for God’s working because only He can make all things impossible, possible.

Dr Manju Joseph from Mumbai, India, amongst the many participants of the conference, applauded the revival international conference for it being a retracing of steps back to the original and unadulterated Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. He learned what it is to be bold, and what it is to prepare our hearts for change from a weak person to a strong person using the principles of submission, obedience and prayers. This conference also gave him the keys to financial wisdom for financial breakthrough to fulfil his calling and to serve God, so that he can be a history maker.

Why did Jesus say, “It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to the dogs?”

22 A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him, crying out, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is demon-possessed and suffering terribly.”

23 Jesus did not answer a word. So his disciples came to him and urged him, “Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us.”

24 He answered, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel.”

25 The woman came and knelt before him. “Lord, help me!” she said.

26 He replied, “It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to the dogs.”

27 “Yes it is, Lord,” she said. “Even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master’s table.”

28 Then Jesus said to her, “Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted.” And her daughter was healed at that moment.

(Matthew 15:22-28)

The Scripture above tells us about a Canaanite woman who approaches Jesus Christ to heal her demon-possessed daughter. But Jesus was silent until his disciples came to urge him to heal her, so that she could be sent away. Yet Jesus answered, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel.” (Matthew 15:22-24)

The woman later came and knelt before Jesus and begged for His Healing. What is perplexing is Jesus’ seemingly cold remark to the woman. He said to her, “It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it the dogs.” (Matthew 15:25-26) But instead of getting offended, the woman admitted that she was a dog that eats the crumbs that fall from their master’s table. And hearing her response, Jesus applauded her faith and granted her request. (Matthew 15:27-28)

This part of the Bible is perplexing to me because of Jesus’ seemingly cold, almost harsh, remark to the woman: “It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to the dogs.” (Matthew 15:26)

Who are the children here? They are the “lost sheep of Israel,” mentioned earlier in this passage. (Matthew 15:24) And why did Jesus use the word bread? Surely, it is not because bread was a common food for dogs. But the bread in the Bible signified many things.

Ref: wallpapershdfine

One, Jesus declared Himself as the bread of life and whoever comes to Him will never go hungry and whoever believes in Him will never be thirsty. (John 6:35-36) As the Jews began to grumble among themselves, Jesus again reiterated, “I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.” (John 6:51)

At this point, the Jews began to argue sharply with one another. And Jesus said it the third time about him being the bread, in which one should eat his flesh and drink his blood to have eternal life. (John 6:53-59) This time, the disciples who had been following Him began to turn back except His 12 disciples.

Jesus then said to the crowd who was dispersing, “The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you – they are full of the Spirit and life. Yet there are some of you who do not believe.” (John 6:62-64) What Jesus meant is that He is the spiritual bread for our spirit and soul. And to feed on this spiritual bread, we need to first believe in Him as our Saviour and Lord. That is why in the last supper before His crucifixion, Jesus broke the bread and said, “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.” (Luke 22:19).

Ref: princessejen

As a tripartite being – made from body, soul, and spirit (1 Thessalonians 5:23) – we need to not only feed our physical body with bread, but also our soul and our spirit, with the Word of God. That is why when Jesus was tempted by the devil to change stones into bread, Jesus said, “Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.” (Matthew 4:4) Bread signifies the spiritual food, offered by God through His Word, made possible by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Coming back to Jesus’ words, why did He refer to the woman as “dogs”? We may argue and say that Jesus could not possibly mean that. But plainly, He referred to her as a dog, which she also admitted herself as one. It does sound quite offensive. But for the sake of discussion, please bear with me, why dog and not other type of animals? A key character of why we can keep dogs as pets is because they are good followers that obey and follow their masters. The Canaanite woman was referred to as a dog, because she was a follower of other gods. Hence, using this word might not be as far off as you think, as many times, Jesus has used different pictures and allegories to bring forward his message of a follower or a slave, following the master.

How about us? Are believers also called as slaves? Paul mentioned that we are once slaves to sin, but after believing in Christ, we are slaves to righteousness. He says, “Don’t you know that when you offer yourselves to someone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of the one you obey – whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to righteousness?” (Romans 6:16) “Slave” here means one who is being subjected to an authority. When we believe in Christ, we come under His Authority and His Covenant.

Ref: tiberjudy

Hence, coming back to the Canaanite woman, since she fell under the covenant of other gods, healing her daughter who was demon-possessed will not be effective. Why? That is because she was not under the covenant of Jesus Christ. Hence, even if her daughter were delivered, Christ’s protection would not come over her daughter. And this would leave her even worse off because the demons would return bringing demons worse than itself into her. Let us look at what Jesus says regarding this, “When an impure spirit comes out of a person, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’ When it arrives, it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order. Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that person is worse than the first. That is how it will be with this wicked generation.” (Matthew 12:43-45) Believing in Christ would allow His Holy Spirit to occupy the person, thus offering her daughter complete and effective protection from the spirits of darkness.

Ref: earthlore

Ref: earthlore

This also explains why it is unwise to deliver a nonbeliever from the Kingdom of darkness, without him or her believing in Christ, which nullifies all covenantal ties with the Kingdom of darkness. The deliverance might backfire not only on the person receiving the deliverance, but also the person doing the deliverance. Hence, the Bible is absolutely important in practicing the deliverance ministry which include studying the laws and spirits of this world, the proper respect for spiritual boundaries, and the proper procedures to be taken.

Finally, while I would expect the Canaanite woman to be offended, she appeared to see Jesus’ response in a different light and understood what He meant. She replied to Jesus, “Even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master’s table,” to which Jesus applauded her faith and granted her request. (Matthew 15:27) But what did she mean by saying that? Firstly, what kind of dogs would eat the crumbs that fall from their master’s table? It follows that this dog is residing in the same household of the children. It is certainly not a dog that belongs to other households or a dog that strays on the street. In other words, this dog is adopted as a member of the household, and in this case it is the household of Jesus Christ. What the woman is effectively saying is, “I belong to Your Household and I believe in you Jesus Christ as my Master.” That is why she said “master’s table.” And because of her faith, Jesus granted her request because through her faith in Him now, He can protect her daughter from further attacks by the demons, making her daughter completely healed and protected under now His Covenant and His Authority.

To deliver people from evil spirits is truly a gift from God. And sometimes, the spiritual world does appear mysterious. But from reading this passage, I am very encouraged and comforted to find that the Bible holds the keys to do the deliverance ministry. Again, the Bible holds the law and order of the spiritual world, the proper respect for spiritual boundaries, and the proper procedures to be taken. Certainly, the Lord would not leave us in the dark from dealing with the spiritual world. Led and revealed by the Holy Spirit, He will reveal to us His Way and His Power. Hence, the conclusion of this article is also that for every ministry in God including the deliverance ministry, look to the Bible for answers, “for though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.” (1 Cor 10:3-4) Shalom.

5 Tests of a True Prophet

Note: The follow excerpt is from Kris Vallotton’s Basic Training for the Prophetic Ministry curriculum.

1. Does the prophet believe in the redemptive work of the Son of God? One thing to note is that false prophets are antichrist in nature. They are not anti-Jesus. The word Christ is the Greek word Christos and it means “the anointed one.” The anointing is always related to the power of God. Beware of people who try to tell you that Jesus doesn’t do miracles anymore. This is dangerous, since Scripture tells us “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever” (Hebrews 13:8). The Jesus we serve was anointed yesterday, is anointed today, and will be anointed forever!

Ref: nbcstudents

2. False prophets do not like to listen to anyone; they believe that God tells them everything. False prophets often make statements like, “the Lord is my Shepherd.” But the truth is if we are really submitted to God, then it must manifest in submission to real spiritual authority. If we claim to follow Jesus but do not follow the leaders He has put in authority in our lives, than we are deceiving ourselves. There are many times in our lives when we need another voice to give us guidance, direction, and maturity-producing discipline. When we resist authority we rob ourselves of an opportunity for spiritual growth, which ultimately hinders the effectiveness that the Holy Spirit wants to release through our lives.

Ref: matrixoftruthministries

Ref: matrixoftruthministries

3. False prophets are not motivated by love, but are motivated by a need to be noticed. Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God, and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this way the love of God was revealed to us, that God sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him” (1 John 4:7-9, MEV).

The central theme of all ministries must be the love of God. We must ask ourselves: Am I in the ministry for the purpose of bringing out the best in people? Do I have the kind of love that covers a multitude of sins? We love Him because He first loved us. If anyone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar. For whoever does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? We have this commandment from Him: Whoever loves God must also love his brother” (1 John 4:19-21, MEV).

About Dr Philip Yancey

Growing up in a strict, fundamentalist church in the southern USA, a young Philip Yancey tended to view God as “a scowling Supercop, searching for anyone who might be having a good time—in order to squash them.” Yancey jokes today about being ‘in recovery’ from a toxic church. “Of course, there were good qualities too. If a neighbor’s house burned down, the congregation would rally around and show charity—if, that is, the house belonged to a white person. I grew up confused by the contradictions. We heard about love and grace, but I didn’t experience much. And we were taught that God answers prayers, miraculously, but my father died of polio just after my first birthday, despite many prayers for his healing.”

For Yancey, reading offered a window to a different world. So, he devoured books that opened his mind, challenged his upbringing, and went against what he had been taught. A sense of betrayal engulfed him. “I felt I had been lied to. I went through a period of reacting against everything I was taught and even discarding my faith. I began my journey back mainly by encountering a world very different than I had been taught, an expansive world of beauty and goodness. Along the way I realized that God had been misrepresented to me. Cautiously, warily, I returned, circling around the faith to see if it might be true.”

Ever since, Yancey has explored the most basic questions and deepest mysteries of the Christian faith, taking millions of readers with him. Early on he crafted best-selling books such as  Disappointment with God  and  Where is God When it Hurts?  while also editing The Student Bible.  More recently, he has felt the freedom to explore central issues of the Christian faith, penning award-winning titles such as The Jesus I Never KnewWhat’s So Amazing About Grace? and Prayer: Does It Make Any Difference?  His books have garnered 13 Gold Medallion Awards from Christian publishers and booksellers. He currently has more than 15 million books in print, published in 35 languages worldwide.

Shifting with God’s New Movement – Dr Chuck Pierce in Sibu

“The Kingdom is at hand, there’s a movement in the land,” Dr Chuck Pierce called out to the church in the last day of the conference at Dewan Suarah Sibu recently. “You’re going to move in the Kingdom’s movement because now you hear the sound of it.”

Worship leader James Vincent also brought in a prophetic song at the session, to which Dr Pierce added during worship, “It’s a sound and movement that encompasses the people around the land; and it brings past all those things that resist movement.”

“Last season’s church worship captures us, so we can move in this season’s sound,” he said, adding that there would be an impartation of the sharing.

He also talked about his new book, A Time to Prosper, and his upcoming book, The Apostolic Church Arising, referring to sound and worship. “That’s what it looks like; what we just saw this morning,” he said.

Morning worship at the conference

Morning worship at the conference

God brings us out to capture a sound and then sends us forth. “Church is linked with the concept of gathering; but that gathering has two meanings,” he said. One is to gather for fellowship. Another is to gather for strategy to go into a spiritual warfare, based on the meaning of church, which is strategeo.

“So, meetings like these would be heavier in strategy; then we all go back and we fellowship,” he explained. “Unless you have meetings like these where the sound of heaven comes down so we can advance, what would happen is that the (spiritual) enemy would gain ground in your territory.”

“So what this apostolic team does is draw us out,” he said adding that we have to have teams to draw us out. And in the bible, there are three tribes that moved together. Once the these three tribes moved first, all of Israel would be victorious.

Judah would be moving first, which word means praise. This word also means ‘to take a stone and to fling it.’ That’s what David did against Goliath. Judah was the apostolic tribe that went to war and uttered a new sound.

Ref: christianimagesource

Along with Judah, Issachar also moved. Issachar was a tribe that understood the Torah and the Word of God. They knew how to take the Word of God and intercede. The picture of Issachar is a donkey that bears a burden.

So, not only do you have the apostolic worship leadership that is leading us to war, you must also have an intercessory understanding of what you are coming up against. So, as these troops continued in worship together, they also must have a new paradigm of intercession and warfare. Therefore, you always want to move with the tribes or groups that are strong in what they do. On this particular journey, our team is made up of Judah, Issachar, and also Zebulun. Zebulun is a warring tribe; they were also the tribe that knew how to unlock the wealth.

Ref: ytimg

Ref: ytimg

“A new movement has to unlock new provisions,” he said, referring to James Vincent and himself as operating in the Judah team. “It’s an apostolic warrior team.” He also referred to Melinda Robinson and Anne Tate, as the Issachar team who know how to use the Word and how to bear the burden to advance. And the prophet John Price represents the Zebulun team who knows how to make money. “Without having a team like that, you don’t move forward,” he said.

In the body of Christ, there is a full redemption of all 12 tribes. But these three tribes have to go first. Most pastoral tribes are part of Asher, they know how to feed and prosper the flock. “But they can only war efficiently if the other three went first,” he said. But what happens in the church is we get used to just being in a certain pasture and quit moving. “There comes a time where God has to activate a move,” he added.

“When we prophesy something, why it is important here is because the next three years are very important over this island,” he said. There will be great warfare in this island over who controls the sound and who controls the wealth.

“Because of that, it is very important that you start mobilizing your new strategic intercessory troop. If that troop knows how to use the Word, the Word will triumph and the others will advance.

“God visited me in 1986. He showed me in ten-year increments what would happen in the body of Christ. He showed me what would happen in the nations of the world. He showed me how China would change rapidly and come in great prominence,” said Chuck Pierce.

His books, The Future War of the Church and God’s Unfolding Battle Plan, take us through the end of this year. His next book will take us through 2026.

“That’s why it’s very important that God stirs up a movement in strategic places throughout the world. Borneo is one of those key places on earth,” he said sharing. “I saw last night this wind of transition blowing in Sarawak, Malaysia.”

Ref: Singh-Ray

Because of that, God is crossing us out of one place into a new place. He is doing it in provision, worship, and leadership. This year, there is a heavy wind blowing in this region. There are storms in heaven and storms in earth because God is stirring up heaven and earth. “You will find in days ahead, there will be a great upheaval in the authority of this nation because God is sending a wind of change down to the earth,” he continued.

Matthew 14: 24-32 says:

But the boat was now in the middle of the sea, tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary. Now in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went to them, walking on the sea. And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, “It is a ghost!” And they cried out for fear. But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, “Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid.”

And Peter answered Him and said, “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.” So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!” And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased.”

Ref: bibledaily

Ref: bibledaily

“Here’s the issue with God’s people, we need to understand that we have a say in how the wind operates,” he said. God operates by giving His people a part in the shift. “What I want you to do this morning is to understand authority,” he said adding, “I want you to understand your call in this time.”

A passage in Matthew 14 is very important for us to understand. This chapter talks about a time when the new began.  The first thing the Lord taught His disciples was to multiply. “You have to understand that each one of you has great power,” he said.  One can put a thousand to plight; two can put ten thousand.

“There always comes a time when the transition of last season ends,” he said. The next thing that the Lord taught His people is about the wind. What the Lord told His disciples to do after they have fed the 10 000, was to get on the boat to cross over. They have ended a season; the leadership of John’s wineskin was now over. Jesus was two years into forming His wineskin, and now He says He’s not only teaching us to multiply but to pave the way into the future. “And notice, He sends them out ahead of Him,” he told. That means Jesus can call you to go forth without you really understanding what you are doing.

Ref: sanaciones

Ref: sanaciones

The disciples got halfway across to a new place and the wind got bad. “Remember the Lord’s not with them, they just know they’re going to a new place,” he said. They are halfway to their destination and the boat is going crazy. “I want you to understand something. His disciples were masters of the sea. That is their livelihood; they know how to ride the waves and they know how to fish. But they had never experienced a wind like this,” he said.

“What the Lord does is walk on the waves to catch up with them. In other words; the Lord said, ‘I better catch up with them because they are really in a hard place right now!’ When they saw Him coming, they did not recognize Him. They actually thought He was a ghost. Until Peter said, ‘Lord, if that’s you call me out!’ So the Lord spoke to him and said, ‘Peter, come!’ God will always call people out into the new place if they are willing to go. Think about this. At least Peter went; the others were just hanging on to the boat.”

“Peter was saying, ‘the Lord is outside the boat so I’ll go outside the boat.’ And Peter did real well because his faith. The Word of God, kept his faith buoyant. When God speaks, faith comes in to us,” he said. Peter did not have any problem staying afloat for a while. But then he started looking at the results of the wind. The effect of the wind was creating some big waves. Peter didn’t have enough faith to know how to go with the waves so he began to sink.

Ref: mydailydevotion

Ref: mydailydevotion

“What happens to a lot of people is they never go; they never stepped out. Somewhere, they come into agreement with the old. They come in agreement with the last land where they found themselves standing.

“God has a new place for them to get to. The Lord says, ‘Oh ye of little faith. Why are you upset?’ It wasn’t like they had no faith; they won’t even be out there if they had no faith. But little faith means you start doubting easily.

“In a new movement, it’s easy to doubt. Because you haven’t been this way before, you’ve not worship this way before, you’ve not been outside the church. But, you won’t get to the other side if you stay inside the church. You have to move when God says move,” he said.

Once the Lord caught up with them, He got Peter back into boat with Him. Why? He needed Peter for the future. Some of you made some big mistakes in the past but God needs you for the future. “What He does is He gets you back in the boat, so you can get to the other side,” he continued.

When Jesus got in the boat, the wind stopped. “You find this account in every gospel,” he explained. That shows how important it is for us to understand. It shows that once we decided to make the transition to go across, the wind eventually has to submit to us and all of the adversities have to submit to us. “You have a say in the wind,” he said telling this is the year of the wind. In Mark chapter 4, once they go across, they are ready to learn a new lesson.

Ref: christ

Ref: christ

Mark 5:1 says: “Then they came to the other side of the sea, to the country of the Gadarenes.”

In other words, they crossed over, so they could face this demonize man controlling the gate ahead. The Lord had told them to multiply and they possess the power of authority over the wind because He knew what they would face in the days ahead. They had never seen anything like this. They ran into the gatekeeper of the future and this gatekeeper had lots of demons. This gatekeeper had a legion of demons. This was the only time they see the Lord asking for the demon’s name, which it said, “I am Legion.” So, He casted all these demons out and they went into the pigs in the area. Then the pigs ran into the sea. What does that mean? The pigs were the Galilean’s economy.

At transition time, we learn that God would first teach His people to multiply. Secondly, we learn that He taught them how to weather the rockiness to get to the next place. In other words, God will teach us how to control the atmosphere. But the third thing is that there will be a hard place coming in the economy and days ahead. “And the Lord says, ‘I’m going to teach you how to rule the economy. I’m going to teach you how to tell the demons of economy to back off because we’re coming through!’ This is a major shift going on this year. The heavens are shifting and that’s causing nations and cities to make shifts,” he said.

Haggai 2:7-8 says: “and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,’ says the Lord of hosts.

Ref: 1ms

There will come a time when the heavens make a shift and the change from heaven starts entering the earth realm. That’s what this year is about. Four key things will happen when that happens. Heaven’s atmosphere comes into Borneo Island. Heaven’s atmosphere enters earth. Heaven has a spiritual authority. There are angelic hosts that make up the spiritual authority of God in Heaven. So what happens is that God starts shifting His spiritual authority from heaven into the earth realm to help you. God has His own authority – apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers, and evangelists. These include healers, miracle workers, administrators, tongues and interpreters of tongues. All of a sudden, that authority starts aligning in the earth and the angelic host starts aligning with them.

“The angelic host won’t align with God’s authority if we don’t get in line,” he said. They are not going to exert in seasons of war, come down and just work with the pastors of the land. You first have to have Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun; apostles, prophets, intercessors and teachers.

Once that shift starts, all of a sudden, the earth’s structure starts shaking. Things start turning upside down and this is the place we are in at the moment. “We are in a moment to watch this major shift occurring; this shift is causing a major shift in the glory realm. The heavens are changing,” he ended.

After a short break, Dr. Pierce declared a few things. “This anointing this weekend caused quite a stirring in the region,” he said telling God knows within three years you will be stronger than the spiritual enemies around you. “In businesses and industries, there are strongholds,” he said.

“There’s an anointing that comes from this meeting that gives you the ability to knock certain things out of the way. In the next year, because of this meeting, you are going to have a moment of breakthrough,” he added. Listen to the wind; without hearing the wind, we will fall back. In Hebrew, the movement in the Mulberry trees was actually angelic hosts.

“God says, wait until you feel the wind of angelic movement and go from behind,” he ended saying, “The wind that is blowing now is a threefold wind.”

Why praying and intercession are important to God? – Dr Bradley Stuart in New Life Restoration Centre, PJ

On 25th of July, Dr Bradley Stuart – founder and director of Yada International – came to New Life Restoration Centre to share about the importance of intercession and prayer to God, based on God’s Word. Yada International provides resources to help the Body of Christ to know God’s destiny for them through intimacy with Him.

Organized jointly by Malaysia National Prayer Nurturing (MNPN) and Malaysian Youth Prayer Gathering (MYPG), the event was held to raise intercessors and prayer warriors amongst the young people. About two-third of the 158 participants were under 35 years old with the youngest aged 12 years old.

Dr Bradley began by sharing that Jesus Christ is our high priest who constantly intercedes for us at the right hand of God. Scripture tell us, “Therefore He (Jesus Christ) is able also to save forever those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.” (Heb 7:25 NASB)

And during His ministry here on earth, Jesus was zealous for the Father’s house of prayer. (John 2:17) That is why Jesus made a scourge of cords and drove all the merchandisers away from the temple of Jerusalem, at the beginning of His ministry. In anger, He said, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer’; but you are making it a robbers’ den.” (Matt 21:12-13) He remembered the Word of God written by prophet Isaiah, which says, “My house will be called a house of prayer for all the peoples.” (Isa 56:7) Hence, we can see from Scripture how God desires for all men to come into His house of prayer even before Jesus came.

The Church of Malaysia needs to understand their responsibility in praying and interceding for this nation. Isaiah 59:1-2 tells us that God’s hand is not too short to save or His ear too dull to hear. Yet, the iniquities of a nation can make a separation between God and us, and our sins can hide His Face so that He does not hear. (Isa 56:2)

But God also says, “If ‘My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.’” (2 Chronicles 7:14-15) Hence, may we not be like the Israelites during the time of Ezekiel, where God searched for a man who would stand in the gap before Him for the land but He could find no one. (Eze 22:30)

That is why God will be raising intercessors to stand in the gap in Malaysia! This is because God has plans for this nation, “plans for welfare and not for calamity,” plans to give us “a future and a hope.” (Jer 29:11-12) He says, ““You will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to You. You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart” (Jer 29:12-13), and “Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” (Jeremiah 33:3) From His Word, we know that God the Father desires for us to pray and intercede, especially now for our nation.

Not only God the Father, God the Son Jesus Christ also encourages and motivates us to pray. When Jesus went up on the mountain to teach the Beatitudes, He said to the crowds, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” (Matt 7:7-8) While teaching and healing in the cities and villages, Jesus was compelled by compassion to urge his disciples to pray for God to send out workers into the harvest field. (Matt 9:37-38) And before Jesus was arrested for His crucifixion, He said to Peter who was found sleeping, “So, you men could not keep watch with Me for one hour? Keep watching and praying that you may not enter into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” (Matt 26:40-41) From Scripture, we know that Jesus desires for us to pray.

Finally, God the Holy Spirit inspires and equips us to pray. Jesus said, “I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever.” (John 14:16) He continued saying, “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.” (John 14:26) The Greek word for “Helper” is paraklētos, which is to be called to one’s side or one’s aid. In other words, the Holy Spirit want to lock arms and walk with us side-by-side. Paraklētos also means one who pleads another’s cause before a judge, like an intercessor or an advocate.

Hence, if we do not how to pray or have the words to pray, pray in the Holy Spirit because the Spirit will help us to pray. Romans 8:26-27 says, “In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.”

Prayers is so important because battles are won on our knees in prayer and are rewarded by the Lord. Psalm 68:12 says, “Kings of armies flee, they flee, and she who remains at home will divide the spoil!” This verse means that the Israelite men of war would fight in the battle, while the women would intercede for the battle at home. And when the men win the battle and return home, the women would “divide the spoil” from the war. Hence, there is a blessing in interceding. And we can only receive as much as we intercede and pray on our knees.

Closing the topic, Dr Bradley stressed that everything must be born out of an intimacy with God because only intimacy – not works or deeds – can produce a relationship with God. Intimacy means that we know God’s heart so well from spending time with Him, that we would do as He does and speak as He commands. (John 5:19; John 12:49) Thus, when we are intimate with God, we began to pray according to His Will and see His Will is done. And through an intimate relationship with Him, we become partners in fulfilling His Will on earth. God desires for us to pray and intercede from a place of intimate relationship with Him.

Therefore Jesus answered and was saying to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, unless it is something He sees the Father doing; for whatever the Father does, these things the Son also does in like manner. (John 5:19)

For I did not speak on my own, but the Father who sent me commanded me to say all that I have spoken. (John 12:49)

I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing. (John 15:5)
